Production time
Every Orumi piece is handcrafted to order by our skilled artisans. Because no two pieces are the same, we need time to bring your design to life with care.
15–20 working days
from order confirmation to shipment
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime in your account profile.
