Our policy for custom handcrafted jewelry.

Custom pieces are final sale

Because every Orumi piece is made-to-order based on your unique design, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed orders. Each piece is one of a kind and cannot be resold.

When we make it right

We will remake or refund your order if:

  • The piece arrived damaged or broken
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • The piece significantly differs from your approved preview
  • Your order was lost in shipping

How to contact us

If you have an issue with your order, please reach out within 14 days of receiving it. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
